Trek 2010 Registration Forms
There are 2 packets, one for Campers and one for Adults. Complete the packet and send it in along with either full payment or your deposit.
We can take credit card payments but we only accept Credit Cards if you are paying in full. Do NOT send us your credit card number. Indicate on the appropriate form you wish to pay by credit card and we will send you an invoice by EMAIL. We use Paypal to process our credit card payments.
Youth/Campers
Step 1 - Fill out
- Youth Registration Packet (PDF)
- CIT and Scholarship forms are included in the Youth Registration packet
Step2 - Return to OBF along with $60 registration fee
