The dates are set for Trek 2009, June 13 -> 27th.
- June 13->20 for High School (Everyone CURRENTLY in High School)
- June 21->27 for Middle School (Everyone CURRENTLY in Middle School or in 5th grade)

Registration Information
Important Dates:
- Registration Starts 4/15
- Scholarship Request deadline - 5/10/2009
- Registration & Fee Payment Deadline - 5/31/2009 (Sunday)
Invite a Friend - Christ tells us to spread word of his Love to everyone. Inviting a friend is a great way to share God's love. Why don't you invite a friend this year.
Registration Details:
- Complete and turn in the Trek Application
- Submit
- Trek Application
- $50 deposit
- Copy of Health Insurance Card or statement of Self-Insurance
- Full Payment is due by 5/31/2009
Scholarships:
We are fortunate in that we can offer a limited number of scholarships. We ask that all people pay the $50 deposit and also fill out a scholarship request. The deposit will be refunded If we can not provide a scholarship.
Fees:
- Campers: $225/week
- Staff/Counselors/Camper Kids/ CITs: $50/week
- Deposit: $50 to confirm application
- The deposit is fully refundable prior to 6/1/2009. After 6/1/2009 refunds will be given on a case by case basis
- Invite a Friend - Invite a friend for the first time and they will only pay $150 total.
- Late Penalty - For payments received in full after 5/31 there is a $50 Late Payment Penalty
Discounts:
- $25/camper Family Discount.
